I have a pet that roams the apartment
By submitting an online work order request to University Club, you grant the University Club staff permission to enter your apartment to complete the work order if your issue is located inside of your home.  This request will be delivered to universityclub@contravest.com. Should you have an emergency, contact the leasing office at (888) 703-2162 for 24-hour emergency maintenance.
